On behalf of the entire Eznis team we welcome you onboard to Eznis Airways! 2010 was a year of rapid growth and expansion for the Eznis Airways’ team.
The airline launched international services for the first time - to Hailar, Inner Mongolia, China, and to Ulan-Ude, Republic of Buryatia, Russia, and expanded the fleet with the acquisition of a 4th Saab 340B aircraft.
In addition, we launched our online booking engine on the web - enabling customers worldwide to purchase tickets directly, broadened our ticket distribution from initially only the city and airport ticket offices to now 10 travel agencies in 20 locations throughout Ulaanbaatar and one in Erdenet, and appointed sales agents in China, Korea, Japan, and Russia. Our success is the result of your ongoing support and continuous patronage, which we sincerely appreciate!
The core values of our airline to deliver a safe, reliable and customer service-oriented product will remain, as Eznis Airways further establishes itself as the finest Mongolian carrier, and a major aviation player in North Central Asia.
In 2011 Eznis aims to be certified in international aviation operating, safety and security standards, namely IATA’s (the International Air Transport Association) Operational Safety Audit. This will allow for Eznis more opportunities to enter into partnerships and participate in marketing arrangements with other international premier airlines, translating into more diversified product offerings to our customers.
In addition, we plan to expand our fleet with the acquisition of two 91 seat Avro RJ 85 regional jets which are scheduled to arrive in Mongolia in June and July 2011. The additional capacity will allow Eznis to better serve the needs of our contracted clients and individual passengers, as well as expand operations to new international destinations and increase flight frequency on existing routes.
